What is Thermal Imaging?
Thermal Imaging is the process of using a Thermal Imaging Camera to inspect a distribution board (Power board).
Why would I want to do Thermal Imaging on my Distribution Board?
Businesses often get Thermal Imaging done to check for faults before they become a problem. Thermal imaging cameras checks the heat that is running through the power board. If there is to much heat running through the board this can cause a fire & result in significant damage to property, and result in lack of productivity.
How often should I get thermal Imaging done?
We recommend doing Thermal Imaging every 12 months. That way, if there is a potential fault that doesn't require immediate action, we can monitor it and see if the issue remains the same or gets worse. Also load often changes on a Distribution Board, so it is important to regularly monitor them.
