Q?
How often do I need to test and tag?
-
A.
Testing frequencies depends on two aspects:
- Location of the item - is the item tested in a low risk area like an office or is it in a high risk area like a factory/workshop.
- Type of item - Some items are subject to more stress & strain like a laptop charger, other items such as a computer monitor are less likely as they don't move.
AS/NZ 2760:2010 states the required frequencies of all items for testing, which our technicians use to determine what frequency to apply to an item after testing.
